6kdb Terms & Conditions
— Rules Governing Your Account

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "6kdb", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 6kdb platform, its operators, and associated entities responsible for the delivery of the service described herein.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 6kdb platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a player upon successful completion of the 6kdb registration process.
• "Platform" — the 6kdb website, mobile interface, and all associated products and services accessible at the domain 6kdb.io and its subdomains.
• "BDT" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, used for all financial transactions on 6kdb.
• "Bonus Funds" — any credit issued to a player's account as part of a promotional offer, welcome incentive, or loyalty reward, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including but not limited to identity document submission and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total volume of real-money bets a player must place before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone in which all 6kdb platform operations and support services are based.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 6kdb platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 6kdb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing and unconditional acceptance of the terms as currently published.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the 6kdb platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 6kdb does not permit the use of its platform by any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 6kdb or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You have not been previously suspended or permanently banned from the 6kdb platform.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account with 6kdb. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.

You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details — is accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly in the event of any change.

4 Account Management

Your 6kdb account credentials — including your username and password — are personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login details and for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

You must notify 6kdb support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 6kdb accepts no liability for losses resulting from a failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

6kdb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account in the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Inactivity of 12 consecutive months, during which an account maintenance notice will be issued.

Account balances in suspended or closed accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal compliance procedures. Where closure results from a breach of these terms by the player, 6kdb reserves the right to void any remaining balance.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 6kdb are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are set out in the Cashier section of the platform and are subject to change.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include:

• bKash — personal mobile wallet transfers
• Nagad — personal mobile wallet transfers
• Rocket — DBBL mobile banking
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile financial service

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. 6kdb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not registered to the account holder, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the account.

6kdb does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however mobile financial service providers may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any such fees imposed by their payment provider.

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 6kdb reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6kdb may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of this agreement.

General conditions applicable to all 6kdb bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money bets. Bets placed using bonus funds do not count towards meeting bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 6kdb reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the player claiming it, and to amend the terms of any active promotion with reasonable notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will have bonuses voided and may face permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Certain game categories may contribute at different rates towards bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published with each promotion.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 6kdb platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sporting market. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or market interface and are updated periodically. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

General principles applying to all betting and gaming activity on 6kdb:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• 6kdb reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds or stake levels resulting from a manifest error, technical fault, or system malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or the outcome of a game, the records held by 6kdb's system shall be the definitive reference, subject to our formal dispute resolution process.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are specified within the relevant interface and may be adjusted at 6kdb's discretion.
• 6kdb does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or provider. Games and markets may be suspended or removed at any time for technical, commercial, or compliance reasons.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6kdb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any competitive advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors rather than reporting them to 6kdb support.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting fraud in connection with markets available on the platform.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering activity or the processing of proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider in respect of genuine deposits made to your 6kdb account.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit promotional mechanics.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to obscure or misrepresent your geographic location.

9 Responsible Gaming

6kdb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be viewed as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

All 6kdb account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders — automated notifications after a pre-set period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen summaries of your session duration and net account movement.
• Self-Exclusion — temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform, activated immediately upon request and enforceable for the chosen period.
• Cooling-Off Period — a short-term break from the platform, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 6kdb platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and the overall design and structure of the platform — is the exclusive property of 6kdb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of 6kdb.

Any unauthorised use of 6kdb's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6kdb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its features.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any specific game or market.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or opportunity in connection with the platform.
• Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in game results, odds, or market settlement arising from technical faults not within 6kdb's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or personal injury caused by negligence.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

6kdb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and accept the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection principles applied by 6kdb:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
• Data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention providers operating under data processing agreements with 6kdb.
• All data transmissions between your device and the 6kdb platform are protected by TLS/SSL encryption.
• KYC documents are stored securely and retained only for the period required by applicable law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Submit such requests to [email protected].

13 Amendments to These Terms

6kdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date shown in the document header. Where the nature of a change warrants it, we may also notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.

It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates. Your continued use of the 6kdb platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated version. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and request the closure of your account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 6kdb operates. Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to online gambling in their jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 6kdb, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. The majority of account and payment queries can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support staff, who operate 24/7 on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to attempt resolution through a structured internal dispute resolution process, the details of which will be provided by the 6kdb support team upon request. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
